تنعى إدارة مهرجان القاهرة السينمائى برئاسة الفنان حسين فهمى ، النجم الفرنسى الكبير، وأحد أيقونات السينما العالمية آلان ديلون الذى رحل عن عالمنا صباح اليوم بعد رحلة عطاء استمرت ستون عامًا ، قدم خلالها عشرات الأدوار الخالدة والملهمة ، و لعب دور البطولة في أعظم الأفلام الأوروبية، خلال فترة الستينيات والسبعينيات من القرن الماضي.
قدم “ديلون” عدد من الأفلام تجمع بين التميز الفني والنجاح التجاري،مع ألمع الأسماء فى صناعة السينما ،كما قدم أعمالا من إخراج أكبر الأسماء في صناعة الأفلام مثل انطونيونى ،و فيسكونتي،و وجودار ، وعاش على الشاشة أفضل قصص الحب مع الممثلات (ميراي دارك ، رومي شنايدر ، كلوديا كاردينال ، أورسولا أندريس ، مونيكا فيتي).
إتخذ ديلون دائمًا خيارات قوية فى أفلامه مثل ” الساموراى “،”بورسالينو”،”التوليب الأسود” “زورو”، “الشمس الحارق”
حصل ألان ديلون على جائزة الدب الذهبي الفخرية في مهرجان برلين عام 1995، كما كرمه مهرجان القاهرة السينما الدولى فى دورته ال23 عام 1999 ، ومنحه مهرجان كان السينمائى السينمائي الدولي، جائزة السعفة الذهبية الفخرية عام 2019.
وقد ترشح النجم الفرنسي آلان ديلون لجائزة “جولدن جلوب” مرة واحدة عام 1964، وفاز بجائزة سيزار لأفضل ممثل عام 1985.
CIFF Mourns Passing of Iconic Star Alain Delon
Cairo International Film Festival (CIFF) under the presidency of actor Hussein Fahmy, mourns the death of great French actor Alain Delon, one of international cinema’s icons, who passed away this morning after a rich journey spanning 60 years. Along his long life journey, Alan participated in dozens of films, delivering dozens of inspiring and timeless roles and starred as the lead actor in great European Films in the sixties and seventies of last century.
Delon excelled in the industry comprising artistic excellence and commercial success while cooperating with the superstars of international filmmaking industry . He also starred in films directed by most famous and iconic names in filmmaking such as Antonioni, Visconti, and Godard. He also depicted love stories on the screen with many actresses such as ( Mereille Darc, Romy Schneider, Claudia Cardinally, Ursula Andress, and Monica Vitti). Delon took daring choices in his films such as La Samurai, Borsalino, Zoro, Purple Noon.
Delon was awarded the Honorary Golden Bear award from Berlin International Film Festival in 1995. It also worth mentioning that CIFF has paid tribute to Delon in its 23rd edition back in 1999. He was also awarded the Honorary Palme D’Or by Cannes Film Festival in 2019.
Delon was nominated for Golden Globe award only one time in 1964, and won the Cesar award for best actor in 1985.
