The reagan program-vasil democracy is an international exchange program provides activists and active in civil society, academics and journalists from all over the world the opportunity to spend five months at the headquarters of the National Fund for Democracy (NED) in Washington, in order to carry out independent research on the challenges of the democratic process around the world.
